The name Blessid Union of Souls is an obscure reference from an episode of M*A*S*H. The band describes their blend of pop, folk and R&B as "rural soul." Their debut release, 1995's "Home," featured the Top-10 hit "I Believe." Their name comes from a line in an episode of "M*A*S*H."
