Dolores Keane
One of Celtic folk's premier voices, Dolores Keane cofounded De Dannan and went on to a successful solo career.
She has also recorded several albums with her husband, multi-instrumentalist John Faulkner.
The singer was born in Caherlistrane, County Galway, in the west of Ireland.
Keane dueted with John Prine on his 1999 album "In Spite Of Ourselves" on the song "In a Town this Size."
Keane is lauded for her classic version of "The Rambling Irishman" with De Dannan.
