Fusing heavy metal elements and ultra-hardcore lyrics, he won a huge cult following and paved the way for many similar acts.
Insane Clown Posse and Eminem both owe a lot to Esham and his demented style.
Esham's first album, "Boomin Words From Hell," was released in 1990.
