The full-throated Santa Rosa has been giving romantic Salsa a boost since he was a starry-eyed teenager.
Santa Rosa has sung with many orchestras, including those of Tommy Olivencia and Willie Rosario.
Santa Rosa was Puerto Rico's musical ambassador to Japan in 1995; he even sang a song in Japanese while there.
He's also tried his hand at acting in 1990 in the play "La Pareja Dispareja."
