Before anyone believed in a thing called the Darkness, there was Hanoi Rocks, an Eighties crew that proved a big influence for the likes of Guns n' Roses, channeling the missing link between punk and glitter -- not bad for a bunch of Finns dressed like women. On this reunion album, Hanoi's whiskey-soaked power ballads and raunchy New York Dolls-on-crank rave-ups remain somewhat intact. Rock on!
