Miklós Rózsa is a famous composer for film who produced the scores for such films as "Spellbound" and "The Killers". He began playing violin as a child in Hungary. By 1926 he was studying at the Leipzig Conservatory, and later settled in Paris, then London. Fellow Hungarian and director Alexander Korda asked Rózsa to compose the soundtrack to "A Knight Without Armour" which gave the young composer a break into soundtrack work. He moved to California while working on the score for "The Thief of Bagdad". Rózsa stayed in Hollywood for the rest of his career.
