Their big hair and sci-fi camp helped Missing Persons become one of the more popular New Wave bands. Terry Bozzio and Warren Cuccurullo both performed as part of Frank Zappa's musical entourage. After Missing Persons disbanded, Warren Cuccurullo joined Duran Duran as Andy Taylor's replacement. Dale Bozzio used to make most of her own outfits, including the famous Plexiglas bras. The bras were a big hit with MTV viewers. So were the videos.
