The Clancy Brothers
Les Clancy Brothers ont largement contribué à repopulariser la musique irlandaise aux Etats-Unis et figurent parmis les groupes irlandais les plus connus dans le monde. Le groupe est formé des frères Tom, Pat et Liam, nés en Irlande. Leur première apparition publique est un concert charitable, ils y font un carton avec des chansons festives irlandaises. Ils fondent Tradition Records et sortent "The Rising of the Moon" et "Come Fill Your Glass with Me". Ils participent au Ed Sullivan Show en 1961 and signent un contrat avec Columbia Records. Ils poursuivent enregistrements et tournées en 1969.
