Too Short delivers his 15th album, replete with smooth rapping, funky West Coast backing, and X-rated rhyme after X-rated rhyme. Not quite as Penthouse Forum as his "Freaky Tales," Married has plenty of perverted brilliance to go around. Nods to the Dirty South prove Too Short's got his ear to the ground.
