Although he's been gone for 16 years, Harry Chapin remains close to the hearts of many people who still mourn the deceased singer. Fans have organized a tribute concert July 25 at the Harry Chapin Lakeside Theater in Long Island's Eisenhower Park. Chapin's daughter, Jen, and his brother, Tom, will perform for the 15,000 expected attendees. Chapin, who died in a car accident in 1981, is one of only 125 people to have received the Special Congressional Gold Medal for his work with community and social issues. (AB)
